Role: Associate Travel Advisor (contract to hire)
Time Commitment: 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling with some core business hours required
Location: Hybrid, in-person at least once per week in downtown Chicago
Pay: $25/hour
Evaluation after 3 months with the option to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:
Client Experience: Own the client experience end-to-end: review inquiries, lead introductory calls, create custom proposals, execute bookings and concierge arrangements.
Concierge: Arrange dining, spa appointments, private tours, transportation, and VIP surprises for clients. Reconfirm details and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Financial Tracking: Track, log, and follow up with global suppliers to ensure timely commission payments.
CRM Management: Keep client profiles updated with preferences and information.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be based in Chicago
Experience in luxury client service, high-end hospitality, or as an Executive Assistant or similar role is required.
Travel experience is required. A passion for travel is the heart of this work!
Must have completed bachelor’s degree
Must be detail-oriented and able to learn new technology
Must be comfortable on phone or video calls with clients and suppliers
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. If it is clear that you use AI in your application, you will be removed from consideration.
